Blue-faced Leicester 4ply: Summer Camper x 4

Blue-faced Leicester is the British answer to merino, it is a soft wool of fine quality that can be worn next to the skin.

Known as fingering or sock yarn, 4ply is suitable for any fine garment or accessory, there is no nylon in this yarn but it is very suitable for socks, which will tend towards felting rather than developing holes.

100gm has 425m, it is super wash wool, meaning it can be put in the washing machine but hand washing is recommended. Care has been taken to rinse the yarn thoroughly but like with all hand dyed yarn, there may be some colour bleeding.

This listing is for 4 mini skeins of 85metres, total being 340metres.

Yarn is dyed in a smoke-free, cat-friendly environment. Yarn must be caked or balled before use. Alternate skeins on large projects to avoid the colour difference when the next skein is used. Check gauge or make a swatch before beginning a project.
